Thank you for shopping with SwipePods. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

 

1. Processing Time

 

All SwipePods orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of receiving payment.

 

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Personalized orders with laser engraving are included in this processing timeframe — engraving does not add extra processing time.

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $50 or more. The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied.

 

SwipePods ships from New Jersey.

 

3. International Shipping

 

International shipping is not currently available. We ship to US addresses only at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

 

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at swipepods@gmail.com.

 

5. Delivery Issues

 

Lost packages:
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

 

  1. Check with neighbours and building management
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Contact us at swipepods@gmail.com if the issue is not resolved within 3 business days

 

Damaged in transit:
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement immediately.

 

Incorrect address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SwipePods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at swipepods@gmail.com immediately — we can update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

 

6. Bulk Orders

 

For bulk orders from hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations, please contact us directly at swipepods@gmail.com to discuss shipping options and timelines. Bulk orders may have different processing and delivery timeframes.
